As a native Queens girl who moved to the South Shore of Staten Island, Taqueria Oaxaca I appreciate you, your authentic tacos delicious chilequiles and massive burritos. You're also the only place on thia side of the island that serves tamarind acua frescas. Prices are good, food is authentic and flavorful, portions are right I just wished you offered delivery to my house.

We ordered a bunch of different things. Best we're the tacos although my husband loved the burrito. Kids ate up the rice and beans like it was going out of style. We will be ordering again and getting more tacos! The pork tacos were excellent
We came to the neighborhood on a field trip from Manhattan by bike and were desperate for something to eat. We weren't expecting much because there seemed to be middle of the road restaurants on the strip. Who knew very good Mexican was right here?! This establishment is not fancy, but the tacos are really good. We had the steak with fried jalapeños, the chorizo with cheese and Al pastor tacos. We also had a huge Horchata drink. Everything was quite good. And we've eaten a lot of tacos in our time. The decor is pretty wild too.
I forgot about this place didn't go here for two years. Just started stopping by again. Little diamond in the rough, a lot of authentic options. The ladies will customize pretty much anything for you. I go there at least once a week. Also cheap for two people.
The food is amazing and the women are very nice. The place is always busy so I'd call ahead to pickup your order or you might be waiting 30mins I ordered a mushroom quesadilla to go and when I got home it looked nothing like a quesadilla but I wasn't disappointed because it was amazing! This place has authentic Mexican food and I'd order the same thing again.
